CUDAP is a BUILT-RITE program sponsored by owners and contractors of the Greater Philadelphia area and by the Philadelphia Building and Construction Trades Council and its member unions. |

CUDAP's Mission: CUDAP member companies and unions are committed to providing safe, dependable and economical services while promoting high standards of employee health, work readiness and worksite safety. CUDAP's Goal: Companies joining together to achieve a workforce and a work place which is free of the adverse effects of alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs, or legal drugs obtained illegally of taken for the purpose of abuse. CUDAP's Benefits: The CUDAP program provides a cost effective and efficiently administered uniform drug and alcohol testing program. CUDAP participants benefit by:

The BUILT-RITE PASSPORT: Just as a passport establishes a traveler's identity and allows him or her to enter a foreign country, your BUILT-RITE passport will certify your drug-free status and allow you to work on all participating CUDAP jobsites.

CUDAP DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY SUMMARY Prohibited Conduct:

| Violations If an individual possesses or conceals drug(s) or alcohol on the premises of a CUDAP company, the individual will be removed from the premises and precluded from performing any subsequent work for the company or the coalition. |

PROOF OF PROGRAM PARTICIPATION AND CLEARANCE TO WORK . . . |

Workers participating in the CUDAP program will be registered in a central database and will receive a picture ID card, called the "BUILT-RITE PASSPORT." CUDAP companies will not receive actual drug or alcohol test results, but they will have access to an individual's availability to work based on test(s) results. |
